Hair Today...

Daryll hair is due to come back into the lime light of test cricket (yes test cricket is still the Michelin star in world cricket, despite the battery farmed KFC approach from the Twenty20) in May which will see him umpire the second test between England and New Zealand. Good news, he's a good umpire and would be missed. I wonder if he's going to be a little tentative on that first decision, was it LBW or dipping down the leg side? Was there a nick on the bat as the ball flew past or was it a little glove? Oh don't worry Daryll, if you feel a bit uncomfortable and you're not sure what decision to giive, just give it a little Eeny, meeny, miny mo... actually on second thoughts.

Meanwhile naughty Harbahjan has been banned from the IPL for 11 matches for his cheeky slap round the face of Sreesanth. Oh dear, that does leave the Mumbai Indians in a bit of a jam, or a chutney maybe? Especially as they got the Gilly treatment last night, the legendary Aussie keeper hitting more boundaries than dot balls being bowled.
